This page shows your donation summary in the box in the upper right corner and, when you exit this help screen, the complete details of every donation you've made.
The organizations in the list to the right are just some of the thousands that we have in our system.
Click the organization name to learn more about them.
General Instructions:
1. Go to the My Wallet page and enter the credit cards and bank accounts you'd like to use as sources for your donations.
You can enter as many as like, giving each one a nickname so that they're easy to use on the donation and scheduling pages.
2. Next, go to the My Orgs page and add as many charities and non-profits as you desire to your personal list of organizations.
The page has many search functions to help you find the organizations you would like to support.
3. Finally, go to the Give Now page to make an immediate, one-time donation to any organization on your list.
You can make as many one-time donations as often as you wish from that page.
4. If you have certain organizations that you donate to on a regular basis, you can setup a recurring donation schedule for them on the My Giving page.
You can send donations automatically to any organization on your list, in a manner defined by you.
5. Please contact Member Services if you have any questions, problems, or suggestions for us.

HELP FOR "My Donation History":
The S column shows the status of the donation.
A status of "P" is for a pending donation where we have not yet withdrawn the funds from the source.
A status of "F" means that we have the funds and are waiting to forward them.
A blank status means the funds have been sent to the organization and the donation is complete.
Click the Help button above for more details.
You may edit or cancel the donation if it is not yet complete by clicking on the donation's date.
HELP FOR "Donation Details":
If the displayed status is "Pending", you may either cancel the donation or edit the Source, Amount, and Personal Information fields.
If the status is "Funding" or "Funded", you may either cancel the donation or edit just the Personal Information fields.
Please click the Help menubar button above for more information on cancelling a "Funding" or "Funded" donation.
For all other status types, the donation cannot be cancelled nor edited in any way.

During this tour, you can preview all of the features and functions of our site, from charity lookups, to one-time immediate gift-giving, to setting up your own schedule of recurring donations.
You'll see how you can set up a personal list of favorite organizations, and how easy it is to track what you've donated and to whom.
As a member, you'll have total control.
The menubar buttons at the top of each page take you to the various member sections of the site, and we encourage you to explore them.
While taking the tour, you'll see everything as a normal member would, but you can't change nor save any of the information presented.
So feel free to click any link and see where it goes or what it does.
In the upper right corner is an account summary which shows pending donations and yearly totals.
To the right of some pages you'll see a list of some featured organizations here at the Zone.
And behind this message box we display a table with your complete donation history.
Click the yellow link at the top when you're finished reading to see it.
When you are done exploring our site, just click the "Exit From Tour" link at the top of any page and we'll take you to the member signup page.
